i'm managing Sunderland

Anyone have a clue why i can't play Felipe signed him on loan from Wolfsburg he's Brazilian with Portuguese as other nationality so no work permit issues (I believe)

Just constantly "Una" he's registered as "In" in my prem squad no message saying he can't be included the number of players goes up when confirmed, when i click on the red UNA nothing really shows up in the info screen

Are you playing in a champions league game or Europa league game? He might not be registered for the stage you're in if so.
Also, if you are playing the parent team for some reason he may not be eligible. Otherwise, I can't quite think of why he wouldn't be able to play if he has a work permit and is registered as IN for your prem squad.
