Loan Types

I have a number of high prospect youngsters in my reserves who i want to loan out to get first team experience. But what is the better option to go for if i want them reach their potential abillity?

1) A valuable first team member for a championship team like Hull or Portsmouth

2) A valuable first team member for a club in a low standard league like sweden or swiss

3) Act as cover for a team in a good league such as spanish or french first divisions

Help would be nice!

you don't really want them to be act as cover as it would mean they have less game time

and the compition for places at hull would mean less match time

portsmouth would be dah best opinion
