Loan wage contribution??

Hey guys bit of a noob at this sorry if this is a repost or the answer in blatently obvious.

Im tryin to reduce my wage bill so i offer some of my good young players to other clubs for loan, when i do the proposed wage contribution for example ( proposed wage contribution 100%)

Who actually is paying the wages??? (am i proposing to pay 100% or am i proposing the other club payes 100% ?)

sorry if its a daft question but to be honest its very unclear

When you put wage contribution to 100% it means the club who loan him will pay the wages. At 0% percent you will still pay his wages.
