So I'm playing with a lower level team in Belgium and declared interest in signing players from Premier League teams under 21 squads on loan. I got a couple of players and a few said Managers comment about making an unofficial partnership of loaning players in media statements to my teams......yet those teams all say they want the players to play at a higher level when going to the transfer loan screen. I even had David Moyes say he was interested to see how his player would be under my leadership. This is quite annoying. I hope next year there is a little better output with loans in general. I think we should be able to talk to coaches about loaning players and be able to talk to my own players about going out on loan. They all reject loans to my feeder club and can't develop at all since they are not getting playing time with my squad
