Loans

So I started a new season with Valencia a couple hours ago and everything seems to be alright until I tried to get a player from loan. The loan option isn't available for every player (tried more than 10 just to be sure..) and I don't know if this is a club thing, bug or my mistake..

i would appreciate any help you guys can give

You can only loan players during the transfer window. While transfer window is closed, loans are not possible and greyed out.
