Locating the Editor

Whereabouts is the FM10 editor located? Does the game come with one or do you need to download it? I've flicked through all the SI files on my laptop and can't find a game editor?

I get to here and then when i go into the Football Manager 2010 folder the only folder in there is 'Uninstall_Football Manager'

Then;
Program Files;
Scrool to 'Steam' and select;
'Steam Apps'
'Common'
Football Manager 2010
Tools
Editor
then, 'editor' w/ pic of ball
