Logic, where art thou?

Hi!

I was just wondering if anyone has the same problem as me?

During the 1st half I can dominate the game, be 3-0 up and have a possesion of about 60-70%, but during half-time, none of the two teams make any changes in the tactics, nothing, and I end up going 3-3 or losing 3-4 when the game is over. I cant understand what this can be? Can it be a completely devestating teamtalk, because I let my assistant manager handle that.

I have no idea what to do, it doesnt matter if I go to an all-out-attack-formation or put 10 guys in the penalty area.

players will genuinly relax because they think the game is over... tell them not to get complacent or not to drop the performence, your assisstant usually doesn't say that...

Oh, thanks. I cant count how many games I've lost because my players are just standing there, watching the strikers walk past them, and in some cases, around them!
