I've noticed that a lot of you have your players with good long shots set shot from distance often. In the past I've had players with very good long shot stats but they don't score from range very often. Some games they will have plenty of efforts but don't hit the target. Do you have the same problems? If so, what do you do in these situation?

Long shots doesn't mean you'll score a lot from them...its just a way to get some easy goals but it is very rare for players to get them on target as it is hard to shoot from long...

To tbe honest, i restrict the number of long shots my team does because most of the time they waste the possession/chance and this helps me since they always pass the ball into the box and score 3/4 of the time.

Same with me. But when I've asked on here about the best settings for certain players a lot of people say to have players who have good long shot stats to shot often.

you need the combo of long shots with good technique and decisions, solid finishing and creativity in a player to score long shots , when you got that in a player set his long shots to sometimes or often depending on your wishes
