Hey guys

I am currently midway through my third season with man united. I checked the team comparison page against others in the league and saw technically my team was rated 7th. This irked me as I previously thought technically my team was sound, but i found they were not as sound as I thought. So basically I wanted to know how I could improve the technique of my players especially from a young age because I want to bring youth through as I personally see it as more of an accomplishment.

Any tips would be gladly appreciated

The rating is decided by taking an average of each attribute from your players and comparing it to the averages of other teams. So if you want to improve a particular statistic, you need players who have a good rating for that attribute, it doesn't sound like it is much to worry about though.
