Long term saves with a lot of leagues loaded

I'm wondering, does anyone here play a long term save with 90-100,000 players loaded? How much does the game slow down in a few years?

I'd love to load more leagues, but I'm afraid that my save might become unplayable or start crashing a few seasons down the line. I'm not concerned about the game speed really, but I heard that exceeding recommended number of players can cause problems.

I have a good computer so it works just fine for me. Have noticed a slight decrease in performance, nothing remarkable though. in 2022 with loads of leagues loaded.
