Long time player, first time poster!

I'm a long time player - going back to CM2! I've looked in on a few forums in the past...but this game has always monopolized enough of my time to actually post on them on one.

Oh, and I always play as Hartlepool United. I'm currently in 2022, contemplating whether to sell my best players as they turn 26/7 and reach their peak, so i can get the best market value for them, and try and bring through my next generation of players, or to use this generation for another 3 or 4 years and replace them later on.

Im in the same year albeit with utd, when my top players are 26/27 I sign youngsters under 16 then develop them over 3/4 years so come 18/19 they are ready for regular first team action, but having a balance of experience and young guns is key
