Looking for 3232 help

Hello basically im looking for help with my 3232 formation. I feel i have a team suited to this formation but not sure what tactics to apply using it. What settings do you set the sweeper as is my main problem im thinking of. Both my STs are relatively small in Tevez and Aguero so i persume i set FBs to drill crosses?

Any help appreciated

my CBs i intend to use as the 3 are lucio, Kompany and Chiellini.
 
are you playing one of your Cb's as a Sweeper? that would be a bit crazy mate, your team is going to be so narrow teams like Arsenal and United will tear you a new one out wide...

if you are going to play with 3 defenders, make sure they are all Cb's!

you dont have any Fb's so they wont be crossing anything :)
 
yh i was gonna use a sweeper pal but if not advised i wont. Yh i dont have Fbs but i do have WBs. If any1 fancies helping us ou much appreciated i have Skype and MSN aswell cheers.
 
if you have wingbacks, set them to drill yea! City still suit a 4-3-3 though, Silva on the left, Bollatelli on the right, Dzeko or Tevez up front, Toure, De Jong, bring in Pastore in the centre and Kolarov, Lucio, Chiellini and Richards is/will be quite a team :)

im in my 2nd year now

Signings made are

Lucio
Chiellini
De Rossi
Mikel
Bastos and Aguero

I did sell Dzeko as he couldn't hit a barn door for me and didn't suit my style.
 
Actually... ive had loads of success with napoli using a sweeper (proper sweeper)

i played 3-4-3 SW CB CB, Flat midfield 4 then flat 3 upfront

worked brilliantly on the counter and conceded only 9 goals all season!

didn't have loads of possesion but i beat all the big teams and finished 2nd with lavezzi scoring 30 odd goals hamsik scoring over 15.

The two Wingers will track back when defending making it a 5-2-3 and once you have possession it will change back to a 3-4-3 which makes counter attacks so lethal

just make sure you have a good sweeper who has excellent posistioning anticipation and speed also jumping and heading are good as my sweeper made alot of clearences
 
really feel like designing a tactic that uses a Sweeper! I have always wanted to do this, just dont really know where I am going to take it from on the pitch...

think I will make on this weekend and see what happens!
