Ive tried various ones already, including the king jasser one but you start in Jan so theres no time to build up familiarity The good thing is you can buy new players to replace the injured ones but I still cant win. Now, about the instant impact, when the team is unfamiliar with an approach and they are yet to know you, you will struggle. If you on top of that buy lots of new players( perhaps some of them not even speaking English, you are basiclly asking for trouble so don't expect to walk the league. Think about grinding out a few results by playing more ugly so the speak.
