Been playing FM\CM for years now but I am no designer of tactics
But I always start at a lower league club because starting as Chelsea is way too easy
But to add intrigue into this years mix I have tended to start unemployed and then find a club rather than find a rich lower league club like oxford etc
MY enjoyment has always picking the players and winning the matches, this goes back to Football manager on the spectrum (shows my age lol)
So looking for a solid tactic I can use, that (a) doesnt use any exploits (b) doesnt use 3 strikers (as usually on join clubs with 3 or 4 strikers) (c) something that is defensive sound as some if have tested my defence leaks like an old teabag (d) scores lots of goals, as some tactics have tried have 40-50 shots on goal but poor conversion rate.
Also I tend not to use the 3D match engine and just use the overview screen when watching matches.
So any help would be appreciated.
