Looking for a relatively cheap sweeper keeper, Celta 1st season

Budget: up to 5mil (I've somehow managed to get the board to accept both transfer money and wage increases )
club: Celta de Vigo

I'm in need of a Valdes/Neuer figure to sweep behind my high defensive line AND capable of distributing the ball short rather than hoofing it forward to my super tall attackers

I have bids accepted for Danijel Subasic and Sebastian Sosa(leaning towards the Uruguayan since he seems better with the ball at his feet), Flappyhandski(sp) would also come but maybe there's someone else ?
