I started a new save with Norwich a week ago (ish), and i have made it to the prem. After getting promoted and struggeling defensively for the first rounds i started using the 4-1-4-1 CLASH, and it have worked wonders as i find myself sitting mid table (bouncing between 10-12th).
However, i got Pelayo Morilla for about 1,3 Million in my first season, and he is turning into an absoloute monster so i am looking for a tactic that will get the most out of him as i feel like he is very up and down as a left wide midfielder. He can play on the left both as a winger and a wide man, and in the middle behind the striker.
