Looking for FM13 league pack

Hi, I'm looking for FM13 league packs, that include as much additional leagues as possible with actual realistic rules. I'm pretty sure there was league pack made by claassen for FM13, but now it's nowhere to be found. To me it doesn't matter if it's one single pack or a bunch of separate league packs as long as the rules are realistic. I used to play in Kazakhstan, Qatar or Bolivian league those days and had a lot of fun with it. Any help would be appreciated guys.
