Looking for good up-to-date guides/articles/theories about creating FM tactics

So the title pretty much says it all.

I've been downloading tactics for too long and I'm almost completely lost when it comes to creating a balanced tactic from scratch - and **** it, if I've lost that part of the whole game experience

So do you guys have any links, resources, recommendations?

Oh and another thing... I have a habit of playing obscure nations and lower leagues, so any material in that department would be great as well. Lower league management, theory about using low ability players etc.
