Looking for help for a Feyenoord tactic

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a Feyenoord tactic with a special note:

I'm looking to recreate a tactic like this:Hipster Guide 2016-17: Feyenoord's tactics, key players and emerging talents • Outside of the Boot

Here you see that when Feyenoord is in possession they are a 4-3-3, but in defense they are a 4-4-2 basically. My question is how to recreate this in football manager 2018.
