looking for help with my 4-2-2-2 asymmetric formation!!

hi. I'm looking for a little bit of help with my semi-custom formation.

I am playing as spurs and signed lautaro Martinez so I HAVE to play both him and kane in the same team!! I went for a standard 4231 gegenpress but instead of the AMR position I pushed him to a STCR position with okay-ish results. I play a DLPD in the left CM position and a BTB (with stay wide instruction) as the right center mid to cover the right side of the pitch.

is there anything I could tweek or change to improve?? open to suggestions!!

LB needs to be on support, because that flank is exposed so much.

I will change BPD to CD, because CD plays better with "Play Out Defence" TI.

Reduce tempo. Players makes much more faults with passing when have extremely high tempo.
