Hi, I am looking for a good training schedule to use.Im in my fifth season in the Championship with Torquay.

My players have all been set to general in that time as I have never bothered with it in the past.

Any help, much appreciated.

All the lazy folk use Tugs or Darkstars but your much better investing the time in your own schedule.

Thanks for replying.I have set up Tugs training it even includes youth training.A couple players in my first team are good quality but they lack stamina and by half time there usually down to 70% (Sone Aluko and Marcus Williams) Should I ease off training or just work on there stamina, neither are young though?

tugs training is a belt. i tryed to set up my own but many injuries.

Why the bump? :)

Tugs is the best 'general' user made training schedule. In all honesty though it doesn't have that much of an advantage over the general training schedules other than it specialises players better (which is not always a good thing).

Individual training is the way to go I think. Training just gives priority to where the CA increases gets placed into attributes. So ideally you'll either be setting training to make the player a specialist who will fit straight into your system or a more rounded footballer with less obvious weaknesses who will fit into any system.

There's a good post on training in the tactics section of SI's forums. It's stickied and by SFraser and it covers pretty much every angle.
