Looking for some big help with finding players that sign for bottom league teams

As the title says, I'm unable to unearth the gems in this FM such as Counago, Cronesberry etc..

I've heard of someone called Vincent Pericard but he declined to come.

Is there any other good players available on a free who happily sign for lower teams? (Blue Sq N/S)
