looking for various player roles that work for 4-3-3

I am looking into playing 4-3-3 or (4-2-3-1 if you prefer that notation)
and I am looking for a combination of player roles that will work for that formation.

Also I am looking for dortmunds or atleticos roles with that formation, if you have happened to debug them. Cause I am not that technical at all.

Couple of simple things I take from the real world...

3 man midfield can be outlined as creator/destroyer/passer - attack/defend/support

At the moment I have Advanced Playmaker/Ball winner/Regista

I play two inside forwards but thats gona change I'll have one IF and if I can find the right player it will be IF and Raumdeuter but I'll like just play a winger... IF is attack and WG is support...
