Looking for young cheap talent for Monaco

Hello gentlemen,

I just started my Monaco career and I want to focus on promoting french talent.
Therefore I am asking for a bit of help, if you know any cheap young french talent post it here, would be much appreciated. Cheers

GK - Alban Lafont, Maxence Prévot and Bingourou Kamara
Defenders - Malang Sarr, Lucas(from Atletico), Upamecano
Midfielders - Houssem Aouar, Amine Harit, Vincent Marchetti
Attackers - Elie Youan

Those are probably some of the cheaper(compared to their potential) French talents who all should become really good.
Then there are players like Coman, Dembele and so on that you probably can't get.
