Looking to maximize my tactic - pretty good home form, but struggle away

I'm working on perfecting a 4-4-2 Wide Diamond formation which has been relatively successful. 3rd in the league with 20 played.

I'm using:

The away form has been struggling more than I'd like to see, and the tactics have had enough time to gel that I don't think I can put it down to the team getting used to the tactic (All fluid except for maybe one bar).

maybe use a dfferent tactic for away i ahve a good one that i will put up for you in a bit because i'm on a different computer at the moment

Think I spoke too soon; came together after November and the away form has gotten way better. Couple small tweaks but I think it was just a matter of waiting for the players to gel as I brought in a lot of players at the start of the season.

Yeah, that's generally the solution. Im using QPR and hadn't won a league game for 4 straight. Only 1 draw, and i sit inside the regulation zone. Just tweaked my tactics.. One slight tweak (i changed from balanced to rigid and slightly moved towards 'wide play').. and this worked. I have just drawn my most recent game, which was the best ive done. I need to let them Gel, and hopefully they wont let in late goals like they did in that draw. I shouldve won. 82nd minute goal conceeded.
