Looking to start or join a small network game!

Size being around about 2-3 people. I'll be brutally honest now I don't have the best of internet connections so joining someone else's network game does not bother me.
I am often available weekday evenings, although Saturday and Sunday I'm often unavailable to play.
England, Spain, Germany, France, Italy divisions will be playable. Any teams!
I'll try my best to play when I can but once into June, play time will decrease because of exams!
