Losing despite dominating matches

Anyone have a say on this? I keep losing matches despite completely outclassing my opposition in terms of CCCs, shots on target and possession. I can't remember a match where I actually played worse than my opposition, except in cup matches against bigger teams.

It sounds like you aren't taking your chances and possibly your goalkeeper is playing sloppily. If either of those are true drop the offending player(s) for a few games and they should hopefully play better.

tell the team assertively that you expect a win and at halftime to not get complacent.
after losing, talk to the players who didnt play well. tell them they sucked. if they keep playing badly, send them to the reserves or transfer list them ( it should get them more motivated).
who are you playing with? players with professional personalities usually do their job.
