Losing Games When Using Same Formation For a Few Games

Has anyone else had the same problem i am continously having. i find that my formation works for a good 10 games, winning easily. But then after this the teams you play all seem to know how the formation works and then i struggle to draw let alone draw. Can Anyone Else Tell Me If They Are Having Or Had This Problem & How They Dealt With It.

It's because the team have researched your tactic and exploited its weaknesses. Basically you should just modify it around every few games. You can go back to previous versions too like say you have a classic 442 with default roles, you add in a Defensive Mid and tweak the roles then after about 3 games go back to the 442.
