Losing half way through Season

I was totally Dominating in the first Half of the Season with league two team Port Vale and then all of a sudden ive started to lose anyone got any suggestions??

yh i was using a 4-3-3 at first and then all of a sudden i started losing so i changed to the 4-4-2 formation
and im still losing like 1-0

From what ive heard its got nothing to do with tactics, its down to poor motivation and man management, it is annoying though

well i changed the tactics and told them i Exspected a Win for like 3-4 matches and they won like 3-1 and 4-1 so changing the tactics did work

this happens to everyone , in certain periods the team is beast in others they get weak... try to motivate your players!
