lost manager picture

how do i add back my manager picture? i change skin (the dark default) and then back to the original, but i lost the picture of my manager...everything else is fine...

I have the same problem at times too, abit annoying. I thought it was that maybe i deleted the photo from my PC but that isent the problem so im lost.

But I've noticed that when you reload your skin in game it makes the manager picture disappear. Simple way to get around this is only reload your skin when at the start screen and don't do it in a save.
