Lost my head coach picture.

I was tweaking my skin colors for the attributes and player conditions, etc. And somehow i've lost my head coach picture, which is me, i am in a season, and im wondering how/can i get it back.

I reloaded the save and got my picture back, but why wont it allow me to change skin colors, and keep my picture?
