Lost my saved game

Simple as that.

My save has completely lost. In fact when I started up fm it asked me to provide my name and details as if it was my first time loading up to play.

Pretty annoying but mostly I'd like to know why this might have happened. I think I may have just uploaded an update before opening the program but surely not the cause?

Slight update. When I started a new game and saved the file, I was then shown 2 previous files from my 'lost' save.

Strange. Shows up as being saved then but when I try to load a previous save at start menu it says there are none.

Any thoughts please? Don't want it to happen on another save as well

Can you give me screenshot of that message? To get screenshot, just press ALT and F9. It will create picture in documents/SI/FM14/screenshots. Then upload it and give me the link. Thanks.

Thanks for your help mate but randomly after shutting down this time I have been able to start and load both my new and previous game which wasn't there last time. Odd but not complaining.

Appreciate your willingness to help though.
