It will be pretty long post.

1.
I have very big problem with percentage of completed passes. I always have about 50-65% - that's horrible.
so here is my question, what have an affect on this part? I'm looking for very precise answer that will help me improving my tactic. from RFD's to through balls etc. Propably I'm doing some very obvious mistakes but I can't figure out where. I'm not expert in instructions so don't think that some advices may be too simple, every advice can help me I think

some explanations:
I'm playing with Napoli, 4-1-4-1.
Here is my players offensive stats with technique included: http://i47.tinypic.com/30xhi4g.jpg
And here is my tactic: http://www.sendspace.com/file/g3u0dt

As you can see I have players with pretty good passing, technique etc. so the problem must be in tac.

I also made few screen shots with teams from all shaves in Serie A to convince you that problem is big, very big.

It affects my CCC's (or as I prefer - NO CCC's), possesion, automatically my players shoots from long distance or wingers run down the flank and, if all went well, it ends on a corner cick for me. for my luck I have Hamsik and he almost alone lead the team to the second place after 15 matches.

My lone striker. I'm playing in tactical challenge so I can't try out playing with 2 strikers. I can't find role that will suit him well. It doesn't matter if Lavezzi, Quagliarella or Hoffer are playing - Quagliarella scored one goal and made 2 assits on 13 performances, Hoffer once scored a hat-trick and then 6 matches without goal or assist, Lavezzi one goal and one assist in 5 performances (he scored more but when he was playing as my right midfielder).

maybe some ideas or advices how to play with one striker when playing flat 4 in midfield + DMC?

Getting out the best from deep-lying playmaker (DMC). No matter if Gago or Cigarini are playing. only 7 assists in 15 matches and 6 of them are from set pieces. it is propably combined with the first two issues but this post is about all my problems and this is definitely one of them.

huh, that should be all

just 1 quick thing i noticed

gago has a preferred move that is "plays short and simple passes" so he's not really fit for a DLP role

it was more like a comparing, I mean that both of them can't play there. Cigarini also learned to play killer balls often and it changed nothing.

Change your tactics

can't do this, it must be 4-1-4-1 and there must be other solution then changing whole tactic :)

can you put up scme screenshots of your tactic?

this is just a quick look but t think you have overtweaked your tactic

firstly what is it you want achieve with your tactic, ie how do you want to play

Defensively, everything is going well. 10 goals lost and 9 of them were from set pieces (twice from penalty, twice from DFK and rest from corners but I've already found solution for this). scoring against me seems to be very hard :D

I want my DMC-DLP to stay little deeper, start every action and try from time to time killer balls. I want my cm's to play in some way like Gerrard or Lampard, arrives in opponents area and thrash them with shots from distance, individual actions and finishing chances created by my lone striker (he should create chances for CM's and try to finish sometimes alone).

but I can't achieve that if I have 50% of completed passes :) striker don't get the balls, it affect on CCC's that he can create etc.

also I need some explanation about Roam from position, hold up ball and runs from deep. wich instructions should I give to the CM's, wich to DMC and wich to ST.

as I said, I'm not the expert.

ok what you actually describing is a trio of playmakers in midfield. start it a bit more simple, remove all the tweaks you have made to the midfield trio, and your striker (also can you post screenshots of cigarini and sahovic) but off the top of my head you want to attempt the following:

dmc: deep lying playmaker defend

mcl sahovic adv playmaker support

mcr hamsik adv playmaker attack

(make sure your dedicated playmaker is set to none)

fc complete forward/support. (if you find he is drifting too much for you liking set his wideplay to normnal instead of moving into channels)

personally with midfield trio i would play dmc def mid/defend; dlp support and adv pm attack. but try the earlier suggestion first

and you need better wide players

i would try setting one of the central midfielders to a box to box if they have the physical stats for it or CM with attack duty with forward runs often if they cant do box to box and leave the other MC as advanced playmaker support that way the box to box/ CM attack will be surging forward into the box to support the striker and finish off moves by arriving late into the box to bang in the shots ive had success with this in a tactic im developing its loosly based on brazil in the 1958 and 1970 world cup but also utilises a false nine and false 10. one of my midfielders in it is a box to box and he is always getting forward to offer support and getting a few goals too, plus he doesnt skimp on the defensive side either as he will always track back to help keep the defensive shape,
