Lower Division Side

Im lookign for a sensible tactic for a blue squre south side, one in whi8ch not many goals are conceded and also goals are scored, as im looking to raise the game and push up through the leagues. im in my first season.

Any advice guys?

Hard to say without knowing anything about your players. Are you looking for à plug & play tactic that has an advantage in the Match Engine( i. e that is trying to beat the engine rather than the opponent ) or solid advice on how to use the team to its strengths ?

I am currently playing à rigid, high pressing and direct counter approach that has seen me win back to back promotions. I play to my strengths. I have 3 ballwinners in MC, 2 quickish Inside Fcs in AMR/L and à strong target man. I do conceed an average Of 1.2 goals each game though since my defenders are worse than the attackers Of the opposition along with kavring many inconsistant players( most players are at that level). I do win games most games though, but not 3 or 4 nill, but rather 2-1.
