Lower-divison tactic needed!

Hi!
Anyone got any tips for a good tactic to use in the lower english divisions? I have tried different types of 4-4-2, but havent really found something useful.
I really appreciate any help you guys can provide!

I'm in the same boat! I've made my own tactic for bigger teams but struggle in conference with my Lincoln team
