Hey, I am currently managing a very good Northampton Town side who have reached the final of the JPT south region. 2nd leg away at Southampton coming in a week! - currently 1 - 1.

3rd in the league, 4 points of second with game in hand, and quite a way away from Rotherham in 1st place who are absolutely romping it.

my problem comes in that since 'messing' with my formation to make it better i have made it worse. i have only picked up 2 points from the last 9 games (2 draws at home) and my form has drastically dropped. I don't know why!

So basically i am asking for a decent tactic for my side.
one that is good defensively, but with attacking full backs and wingers (if possible!)

i like to play 4 - 4 - 2 as its balanced.

i also desperately need to work out my strikeforce:
Febian Brandy 21 goals, 25(3) games. is the obvious choice, but i dont know the best role for him?
then i have:
Lukas Juktiewics (spelling) from pompy;
Adebayo Akinfenwa
(both target men/complete forward/advanced forward)
and Ashley Chambers who is on loan from Leicester who is very fast and a good finisher like Brandy.

i dont know which 2 to use, which roles etc.

i also have 2 lightning quick wingers, if that helps.

My main problem i have noticed is my lack of shots, despite putting most attackers to have more long shots , they don't.
to sum it up, my last game 4 shots, 1 on target 1 goal. this is obviousy very poor as i was at home against a poor side.

please help as i want to keep this side going high!

any tactical help will be a great help to me!

search for them tactics to download.
I have used DMF's lower league tactic its very good- I reccomend that.. search for it.

Febian Brandy has 18 pace? Its pretty obvious what role he should be.
