Lower league player search?

Hey guys

How do you find good players for lower leagues? With limited scouting knowledge and so on.

When i am talking lower leagues i am more specifically talking about BSS/BSN, which i've just tried but seems hard to find wingers which my scout rates more than ½-1 star

So do anyone have a great tip on how to find quality players to help promotion?

It's quite hard without scouting knowledge..
I usually use classic search, choose position and so on.. and of course unrealistic targets by your assistant and then choose to display attributes of every player in the list.. then you can see clearly which player can be interesting..

A couple thngs that I have found helpful to think about at that level:

1. Your scout jpa and jpp ratings will often cause star ratings to be innaccurate.

2. When signing player with limited technical abilities I look for higher physical skills and certain mental attributes like work rate, decisions, etc...
