Lower league players

Hi guys currently in with my boro save where I need to sign players from the lower leagues to develop as part of my agreed philosophy. Any decent ones that anyone can recommend for me please?
 
I'll have a look when I get on my laptop later today as I've got shopping to do
 
Luke Matheson from Rochdale

I picked him up in my boro save for £130k and he develops well
 
ethan laird will come on loan from man utd. defender wb L/R but does get a lot of yellow cards.
Ki-Jana-hoever will also be available from liverpool on loan. can defend both wing back positions plus CB. he costs about 375k but pool ask to much so get him on loan.
also look at lee o'connor at celtic.
 
If you can afford wages of around 1k a week then Will Patching (Mid) is an absolute bargain on a free. Used him in both Altrincham and York City saves. At the start of the game he is National Conference standard but there is flex for him to reach at least Div 1 standard in my view. I also recommend taking a look at Brad Watkins in the GK position.
