Lower League Training Routines

Hi all, just wondered what sort of training schedule i should have for a mid-table BSS team.

What should the overall workload be?

Should i mainly focus on aerobic and strength training?

Do i want to do more specfic routines for some of my younger talents?

Any advice is most welcome, thank!!!
 
Aerobic and Strength are the most important attributes. If this is a serious save then yes basic training for specific positions is possibly advisable however it may only be 3 seasons max.b4 you may turn professional so its swings and roundabouts.
