lower leagues

Good morning all just bought football manager in steam sale and need a bit of advice from the experts, this is my first post here sorry about any mistakes. I have not played a football game for about twenty years and would like to play in the lower English leagues, but what team ?
maybe looking for a team which has a good chance of promotion like Macclesfield, Hereford,Luton or Wrexham. is there any team in the lower leagues that has good potential. thanks for your time

Luton are good, have good facilities for the league they are in and because of the location you can build a decent fanbase. Or get the new update (LFCMarshall's) and manage Portsmouth in League 2

Bradford and Rotherham are pretty good for league 2. Sheffield United are good for league 1, good infrastructure too. Also, Crewe (League 1) have top youth facilities which would be a godsend if you're planning on sticking with them for a long save.
