Whatever i do i cannot seem to get this guy to score

I have tried everythiung, trust me
i play a 4-2-3-1 tactic, he is a lone striker

Now do not say its because hes getting isolated because when i play Aspas and Sturridge there they seem to score for fun eg. Sturridge has 19 goals in 23 games
i have tried every striker type eg. Poacher, Complete forward, advanced etc
I have tried him as an inside forward right and left, an attacking midfielder under trequaritisa & Shadow striker

Help anyone?

How are you playing him? I've gotten 20+ a season out of him but you need to have a clear plan of how you want to feed him and how you want him to operate on the field.

What exactly is your approach and what is his role in the attacking move?

i want him to pick up the ball, run at defence, shoot/create

Formation: 4-2-3-1

GK defend
WBR Support
CB Defend
CB Defend
LCM BWM Defend
RCM DLP Support
AMC APM Support
LW Inside forward attack (individual instructions: shoot less)
RW Inside forward attck (individual instructions: shoot less)
ST ???

Now to be honest i create at least 3 CCC's per game and Suarez is normally responsible for missing all of the CCC's

Team instructions:
Pass shorter
Play out of defence
Work ball into box
retain posession
Hassle opponents

I personally ignore CCC's since I don't trust what the game considers a "chance".

Suarez's main PPM's are "plays one-twos", "Gets forward whenever possible" and "Runs with the ball often" so playing him in an advanced position limits him effectiveness (I feel). I prefer to have him hang deep in a Triquarsta role or as Shadow Striker then run agressivly at defenders with the ball at his feet. I've gotten limited success out of playing him as a F9 but it confilcts with his PPM's making him act unpredictable and difficult to manage on the field.

To get the most out of him, you need people making overlapping runs and drawing defenders away from the main line. Roam from position on the Inside Forwards could help this.

I had to buy the editor, because his stats even before he returned from his ban were stupidly underrated
Shane long has 16 finishing and Suarez had 15? no sense at all

I have thought of this but i have to have wingers man, i love having the option and also think its a waste of Sterling if i dont

Deep lying forward - attack? he'll come deep, collect the ball and run at defenders, or play a pass to other attacks and run into the box. Especially with his one-two's

I played him as shadowstriker in most of my games. He doesn't fit in my systems to play as lone striker but he is to good to sell him so i played him behind benteke/dimiao.. He was outstanding with assist and 10/15 goals a saison arriving late in sixteen so give that a shot

I have found using up front as a AF(A) with Diego Costa F9(S) has worked wonders.

Suarez 19 goals from 23 games.
Costa 21 goals from 22 games.

I feel I have the beginning of an amazing partnership. This is all first season.
