I'm starting my 2nd season with Tottenham. I currently have 5 strikers in the first team, although Pavlyuchenko has been loaned out for the season. That leaves me with Crouch, Lukaku, Kalinic and Seydou Doumbia. Should I loan Lukaku out for the season where he will get more games or have faith in him to perform? He was pretty average for me last season, although to be fair he didnt get much game time. I usually play a one striker formation, but occassionally adopt a 442. Do you think 3 strikers would be enough for the season? If not, how can I get the best out of him?

Thanks, :P

If you play with one striker, it should be enough.... Do you have any player thats not striker but have accomplished striker role ? If you do, you have good cover and you should loan someone :)

Personally mate, i wouldnt loan him out just yet, I would make him available for your reserves and just bide your time with him. I am also in my 2nd season will Tottenham and also have Lukaku. Having just won the premierleague in my first season, he played pretty decent for me but I used him in any other game than premier league games (league cup, f.a. cup) for experience and he really came on. I played him my last 2 games of the season and he score 2 goals in both and one in the F.A. cup final. You could loan him out if youd prefer, maybe to a feeder club, but for me, hes pushing his way into the starting lineup next season.

Hope it helps ;)
