Luton Town Story

This is my first ever story on football manager and following a thread the idea of using luton town was put foreward to me.

So here it is.This will probably end up being more tracking my journey with luton to hopefully the heights of the premier league.I apologise if this isn't as interesting as other stories, but i am open to any advice.

So i thought the best place to start would be a screenshot of My season expectations, my starting squad, and my assistants view of the strongest line up.

kk will take a look as have no transfer budget so looking for bargins and loans but as i am expected to win the league shouldn't need any major changes

Having created a league and invited three scotish premier league teams to luton town football club to help gain revenue and improve match fitness with 5 friendlies on 5 consecutive days we managed a shock result against st.Johnstone before losing to both celtic and aberdeen and finishing 3rd

Following the end of the first transfer window, after signing many players and only releasing 1. I am very disappointed with our position in the table and the teams which we have dropped points against. We are currently positioned 11th in the table with expectations of finishing 1st this is very disappointing. Following a strong pre-season we were looking good for form but it has soon come apparent that the players in the squad have not bonded yet so are very inconsistant.

cheers for the advice mate will have a go but like i said in the OP will probably end up tracking my progress think i will turn it into a proper story when the new format comes out

Having got to the end of the demo it seems like the right time to update on how luton town are doing following a very poor start luton have been nothing short of impossible to play. We are no longer the manchester city of the blue square bet premier division as the big stars are now bonding together really well and have gone on a unbeaten run of 21 games drawing only 4 times now sitting comfortably at the top of the table as well and qualifing for the 3rd round of the Fa Cup (easy draw tbh) with good results against maccelsfield and exeter with hartlepool to play next (first game on the full version) was a bit disappointing as hoped for a big club but Hartlepool are deffinately defeatable especially with the great run we are on which would be great for the clubs finances and the hopefully a premier league team
