Mac Book Help

Hi people, I have a Mac book and really want to get the tactics and training stuff in my game.
I managed to get the tactics (just dragged it into tactics folder).
How do I get training Schedules in there?

But when I try "import it" in the game, the folder is blank.

im using a macbook the files should be in documents,sports interactive and then make a schedules folder and put the file in there

They may be in a .rar or .zip archive. You need to extract them first.

Have you looked in your downloads folder for them, if you need to extract them use unarchiver
