Maicon - TT

Hey guys! This is my first post here and I wonder if anybody knows what kind of TT Maicon likes. I manage Man U and use "ordinary" TT and Maicon is the only one who dosn't like my TT. Please help me

i find that never works, i always use show your disappointment/anger or we can win this, during the game,
and heavily praise your team if they did well after the game

I normally use "for the fans" or "I expect a win"( or whatever it is, I play in Norwegian so i don't know what it is word by word in English) and for thug matches, like Arsenal, Chelsea, Man C and Liverpool, I expect that the defense does a good job.
