Main assistant manager chosing

I've not found anything about it in the manual, these forums and haven't seen a way todo it in game. Before discarding it as something not doable and that should be present in FM2010, I'm asking. Is it possible, having various assistant managers in a club's staff, choose who will perform the role without sacking the one who performs it at present to move down in the list? In the Porto challenge, I have various asst managers and hired one (before seeing I had others) with the intent of having the new carry on team talks and press, as the default, Rui Barros, has poor tactical knowledge and motivation, but I don't find the way in the team settings to change that. In a test with another save from another game, I saw sacking him would move the role to the next, but what if I'm in a team that needs personal added rather than removed?

No you can't set specific roles for each one I'm afraid. It would be nice though if you could pick who exactly you want to do your those things.
