Hello internet,

(I HAVE POSTED THE A NEW THREAD WITH A NEW AND IMRPOVED VERSION OF THIS TACTIC...CHECK IT OUT HERE)

I have developed a tactic wich makes all others less good. The main goal is to score more goals than your opponent in order to win the match. Wich is rather simple with this tactic. This is PLUG & PLAY Tactic...don't need to setup any special roles or any other rubbish.

First thing you need to do, after you take over a club, is to HIRE A BEST POSSIBLE ASSISTANT MANAGER, and also all other coaching, scouting and medical staff as well. I leave the training, media, team and opposition instructions, and all other time wasting rubbish to my assistant, and deal only with my team and matches. And that's it!!!

In my first season woth Aston Villa, I have finished in 2nd postition.

Here are the Screenshots and tactic, please report back with your results...thanks...

ONE MORE IMPORTANT THING...TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE DOWNLOADED THE OLD VERSION, BEFORE I HAVE UPDATED THIS THREAD...CHANGE THE TEAM PASSING FROM MIXED INTO SHORT IN ORDER TO MAKE THE SPRING DAFFODILS BLOSSOM EVEN NICER (BETTER RESULTS)

So any info on the tactic itself, player roles? style of play? or just 4231?

Instead of me explaining all that, it is much simpler to just download the tactic wich is 40kb, and check it out by yourself...
 
well it would be if he is the only one who wants to know that. pretty sure it's easier that you provide it instead of hundreds of people downloading it.

Well, no, all you needed was one shot of the tactic overview screen showing the player roles in the OP. Its the first thing asked for in pretty much every one you've out up so far, before most people abandon them at page 4 anyway for being poor..

Inverted Wingers or Normal? Passing Midfielders or Tackling ball winners? Box to Box or Playmakers?

I have finished my first season in 2nd place with Aston Villa...a team predicted to finish 18th at the start of the season, and you're asking me about OP's and box to box MC's?????
 
Well ok, next time i start a save with Vila i'll use this.
 
Plugged this in my Rochdale save last night and it's quite good. Will post a screenshot when I get home but going well so far.

If you manage to improve the tactic somehow and make it even better, please let me know so I can try it out :)
 
I believe you that its a solid tactic but you should show us the positions/roles so we can see if out team fits or need specific transfers.
Im willing to try it anyway,but you can help us all

you got other people who don't relegate everything to their Assistant, so what would you recommend for team training?

team training doesnt effect the tactic, only if you dont train tactics to get it fluid, the rest of the training, only affects the morale and attributes etc and what position a player plays. why do people always ask about training lol

watch the games and decide on defensive positioning or attacking movement etc.
 
Change the passing from More Direct into Mixed for both CM's
