Making A New Team?

Hi guys,
sorry if i posted this in the wrong section.
I wanted to know how do i make my own team?
what software do i need? is it FMRTE? which i have, but couldnt find anywere that would allow me to make a new team.

you have to use the fm editor that comes with the game

ah rite. Its in following as i have same:

computer>program files>steam>steamapps>common>football manager 2011>tools>editor
click on editor.exe

Though I should mention i use the Windows 7 OS
