Making players available for the u23's but not for certain games?

Hi,

I've got a season with Liverpool and have brought youth players into the first team and also have the fringe players in the team I've made them available for the u23's but I will want to play them in cup games is there a way at the start of the season to select this for the future so I wouldn't have to do it manually at the time.

No, but on the squad screen you can select a number of players to play/not play in reserve games.
