Hey,

After using FMC during FM13, my first proper FM, and during 14 up to now I've decided to try out the full version.

Just looking for any general tips, perhaps from people who've made the same change?

I know theres going to be loads of changes, but would just be nice to hear anything people think is key?

Praising players, engaging in mind games with opposing managers and training

What about trainign exactly?
I've noticed the coaches give me tips, should i do more than they advise?

I don't see what people saw in Football Manager Classic, I've always enjoyed the normal mode. My tip is stick to it, its more complete, etc. than classic!

I guess it was just the easy way out, I started on normal but it was a bit confusing... Now Ive learnt from FMC I think I'll be fine!

If you think they are giving good advice then act on it, but don't blindly go with what the say.

Always use prematch training, helps alot.

Speed and less features. I stopped playing FM a while back when it took a week to finish a season.

FMC is a master stroke by SI cause many like me wouldn't have bought FM13 or FM14 if FMC had never been introduced

Ive never tried FMC, do you use it just because it's quicker? Is any easier? I've always felt like id have been a beaten man if I ever started an FMC game.

FMC13 was like FM13, maybe harder in the sense that you couldn't import most of the 'super' tactics.

FMC14 no longer has match prep or tactic familiarity which means you can change tactics at will. Just a few examples:

Advantages in FMC:
No match prep
No tactic familiarity co not 'punished' when changing tactics
Speed, speed, speed

Advantages in full game:
Better training so players development exactly how you want
More available players to sign
Player interaction allows you to easily keep morale high which leads to better results
